    Well, as the thread name says, i need help with my zd8000. Bassicly what happened is, that i installed new windows updates, and the restarted. I log in to my acc and what i see-only wallpaper. no icons no start menu, NOTHING. i can then run programs via tm-run....i already triiied system restore, for 2days before the....well i dont know what.

    so i really need help, on how to fix this problem...

    do you see the taskbar after a minute or so after reboot?

    No. The only thing strange is that the logon screen- Loading Your Personal Settings takes very long...
