Sorry but i need an answer fast as i am in a bit of a rush as i have a time limit.
    ----------
    My laptop:
    HP DV2000t
    Core2 Duo 2GHZ ( i think this unit has a 667 bus)
    -----------------

    I have this right now:
    OCZ Value 1GB 200-Pin SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5400) Notebook Memory
    Timing: 5-5-5-15
    Cas Latency: 5

Would there be ANY PROBLEM if i install the RAM below? would my system still function as dual channel?

    Corsair Value 1GB 200-PIN SO-DIMM DDR2 (PC2 5300)
    Timing: ???
    Cas Latency: 5

If the Corsair has a DIFFERENT TIMING, would that cause any problems? Would it still run in dual channel?

Different latencys. I do not think it will function as dual channel.
I know they are both consired DDR667, but they are different speeds and differnt brands.

Different Latency? They both have a Latency of 5. Im not just sure what the corsair's TIMING is as it isnt indicated in the website.

If Corsair's timing is 5-5-5-15 then im 100% sure that it would work alongside my OCZ. If its timing is not 5-5-5-15... would it still work ? given that it also has a latency of 5?
