I have searched and searched and couldn't seem to find a owners lounge for the HP 14z (3UN17AV_1) It might be because it has such a horrible name that is very unspecific, but it might be because no one has bought this notebook and posted about it.

I just bought it January 1st, (still waiting on it in the mail.) so I want a place where I can talk about it, review it, mention issues, get answers, give answers - and I'm sure eventually others might as well.

    My specs are:

    • 14" diagonal HD SVA BrightView WLED-backlit (1366 x 768)
    • No DVD or CD Drive
    • 128 GB M.2 SSD
    • Full-size island-style keyboard (Jet Black)
    • 4 GB DDR4-1866 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB)
    • 802.11b/g/n (1x1) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 combo
    • Windows 10 Home 64
    • HP TrueVision HD Camera with Digital Microphone (Jet Black)
    • 3-cell, 41 Wh Lithium-ion prismatic Battery
    • AMD A6-9225 Dual-Core (3.1 GHz, up to 3.7 GHz, 1MB cache)+AMD Radeon™ R4 Graphics
It's obviously not the best out there, but it was on sale for $189, and with my added upgrades $307 total. So I am excited, considering my current computer is melting from the inside out and I'm beyond tired of it. This one fits everything I want, including being able to manually upgrade the RAM when I need to.
