    Hi!

Is there a way to stop the fan even in idle mode? It's driving me crazy because it's always running on full speed. I have the latest bios and the bios option "fan always on when plugged in" is disabled. Any ideas?

What is the CPU core temperature?

If you don't know how to find out; download HWMonitor and that program will be able to tell you.

It's between 42-45 degrees celcius. I read it's possible with a bios downgrade...
My old nx7400 runs at 48 degrees with the fan off and it kicks in at 55 degrees.
