i would get one of the HP ones. I had an express card HP one and it worked great. I'm sure their USB ones aren't bad. They go on sale off and on and one can be had for $50-$60 They seem to have better driver support for Win 7. Make sure the other ones you are looking at have Win7 support.

I have had great luck with the AVerMedia AVerTV Hybrid NanoExpress ExpressCard
You can find them very low cost on eBay, many of them came from Dell.
Windows 7 finds the drivers without a problem.
The drivers are not the normal same retail AVerMedia drivers.

I own two & have installed many.
The AVerMedia 312 mini pci-e card is nice as well, yet that brings in other difficulties in wiring a internal antenna and such.

Keep in mind that HP does use whitelisting, therefore if you planned to go mini pci-e route, make sure you purchase one that came from a HP

In the end, the express card is the way to go, leave the card in the slot when not in use, plug the antenna in to use.

USB types can be a pain sticking out if you are mobile
