    Hi,

When my laptop is plugged, it often throttle @ 190 MHz, even at 40°C. And the only way to have it at running @ 2GHz is thru the throttle tab of rmCLock (under windows), or by unplugging it.

Does someone know how to fix this issue ? Or has an idea how to analyse any further ?

    thanks
