    Hello,

    if you want to put a notebook (e. g. nw9440) on the HP Adjustable Notebook Stand, do you have to use a HP Docking Station or is the notebook stand prepared to also hold just the notebook?

    It is possible to just use the stand, but there is no stability unless you use the dock as well. The notebook could easily fall off or otherwise move around.
