I've read that they were no longer packaging them with the Monster Solo headphones, but if people were wondering I just got out of the Microsoft store here in San Diego and they are selling the ENVY 14 beats with headphones for $1000.

It is one of multiple laptops I am considering for paralegal school/multimedia laptop for trips, photos and video editing...hoping an SB might come out asap though

This is strictly opinion, but you are much better off getting the laptop separate and a real pair of headphones (if music quality is your thing). If you just want the beats cause they is stylin' go for it. But you could save money and easily get a better (reputable) pair of cans.
