So, I purchased a HP Pavilion laptop with a few months ago along with a "HP 2y House Call/ADP Pavilion NB SVC,Pavilion Consumer Notebooks,2 years HW support w/accdnt damage protctn.3 day onsite resp.8am-5pm,Std bus days excl HP hol.Consumer Products only" care package.

Now that my laptop won't boot due to BIOS problems, I have no idea how to even take advantage of this care package. Can't find anything on their website, they say my package doesn't exist even though I registered it, and I'm getting sort of frustrated.

    Could anybody help me out?

    Thanks.

So... you visit the web page and check your warranty entitlement and it's not on the list? Did you PRINT your certificate?

Either way you need to speak, once again, with HP as we're not really going to offer much help. With proof of purchase and any other information HP should resolve this for you.
