Does anyone have any info on the settlement?

I know that the deadline for the claims was Sept. 9 and that the CDs/downloads would be available on or after October 1. But I went to both settlement websites and didn't see any new or updated info. I've attempted to call the provided number on the websites but I'm not getting anywhere.

I've asked in several forums and no one has replied. I'd like to know what's going on.

Doesn't anyone here know at least something about this? Is there a gag order or something? :(

The case is Dukes/Dolan v. Hewlett-Packard, Case Number CV-2002-270. The website is www.computersettlement.com

Unless I'm reading things wrong, it clearly says to visit the website after October 1, 2005 to download the software. But I can't find anyplace to do this on the website.

I guess I'll try emailing them (again). I was just hoping someone here had some info about it.
