Not long had this laptop and it can happen once every couple of days then not happen for a week or so.

The screen will go blue there is a heap of text and it locks up and crashes. The text is not on screen long enough to see what the fault is.

Is anyone aware of an issue with this model and how I can fix it.

    Thanks

Right-click Computer, go to Properties, Advanced System Properties, and under Startup and Recovery click Settings. Uncheck Automatically Restart then click ok.

Now your computer will no longer restart by itself on a blue screen. When the blue screen appears, on the left side somewhere you will have a driver filename such as win32k.sys, something.sys, something.dll or things like that. Note down this filename and post it, this will help us find the driver that is causing the crashes.
