sorry if i'm posting this in the wrong place i don't know where i'm supposed to post it. but last night i ran AVG on my laptop came up with no infections or warning so i turned it off. today i go to turn it on the power light comes on and the fan kicked on but the screen stays black. the first time i tried it the HP logo came up well half of it and froze, then its been black since i've tried leaving it unplugged and battery out for a while and that didn't work. anyone know anything that can help? it has a new motherboard for about 2 months now and a new power cord hasn't been dropped hit or had anything spilled on it.
