    Hey,

I like to have a judgement before I buy either one of them.

    NX7010:

    Centrino 1.6g
    512ram
    60gig (5400rpm)
    Radeon 9200 64mb
    15,4" 1650x1050
    DVD+RW

    DELL 8600

    Centrino 1.5 or 1.7g
    512
    60gig (5400)
    Geforce Go 5x00 64mb

Personally I think I prefer the Compaq, the design is beautifull, light, thin and I think longer battery life. Both are in the same price range (1800euros or I think about $2000)
Any suggestions? I'm a student, most of it is internet use, sometimes games but not hardcore 3D gamer...

The compaq's of late seem to have good build quality. With all the features you get in the Compaq with about the same money I'd go with that. Unless you are going for big time gaming in which case you'd have to check some benchmarks of the ATI 9200 vs. the nVidia 5x00 whichever one that happens to be.
