I am wanting to get either an nc8000 or nw8000 laptop and the Belkin Pre-N pc card (and router). However, there appears to be an issue with certain laptops (possibly related to the o2Micro pc card cardbus controller) which causes "freezing".

Since these 2 laptops have the o2Micro (in lieu of the Texas Instruments controller), I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the either machine and the Belkin Pre-N pc card. If so, did it function properly?
