    Hi All,
I have had a hard disk crash on my HP/Compaq nx5000 notebook,

I have re-installed Windows XP professional on a new hard disk.

I have downloaded the drivers from the HP website, http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsuppor...kId=135&prodTypeId=321957&prodSeriesId=395654

the problem is that there is no audio, I downloaded the drivers but without any success,

I have checked the Device Manager and there are no errors, also checked the volume controls to ensure that it is not muted,

    Any suggestions would be great.

    Thanks In Advance

    Anthony.
