when i close the lid on my nx6110 it makes a hardware disconnect and reconnect sound, anyone have any idea what it is? its kinda annoying. Im thinking it might be the display adapter, but not too sure.

You may have something set to perform an action when you close your lid. Go into power options and change "When I close my lid" to Do Nothing. Should fix it.
