    Hi! :)

I had the laptop on for about 3 hours and I was away. When I came back it was dead! I mean that the screen didn't worked but it was on. After trying every way to turn on the screen I decided to close it using the power button but it didn't worked... And I used my final card..I took it out of the power and now it doen't turn on. I tried with and without battery using only the power supply, i see that the lights are turning on when i insert the cable but nothing. I had this problem again in the past but it lasted only for some minutes.

    I'm gratefull for your help.

    Thanks

    Fotis

    Hi

Take out the battery pack, AC power and any external devices plugged in then holding the power button for 30 seconds. Try starting up again.

Good to hear, its just a mysterious battery glitch. I dont know what causes it or how to permanently fix it.

Its rare and just happens randomly.
