Here is the driver page for the nx7300:
    http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsuppor...sId=3310301&swLang=8&taskId=135&swEnvOID=1093

If the nx7300 pages do not list the drivers you need, check the pages for the nx7400 as I believe most of the parts are the same. The 7400 page lists both drivers you are looking for here:
    http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsuppor...sId=1847094&swLang=8&taskId=135&swEnvOID=1093

This PDF will also have relevant information for you on how to reinstall XP with SATA drivers built in. I know it is for the 7400, but the notebooks are almost identical and the process is the same across most notebooks:

I followed that guide to install xp on my new nx7300 laptop, but when i ran the new cd and windows copied installationfiles i got the error message saying "files could not be copied", my only option was to try again or to skip file. Didn't work to try again and skipping the file only lead me to another file which could not be copied...
Then i tried the old xp cd, but i got the same error with that one..

Any thoughts? Would help me plenty!
    Thanks in advance!

Have you disabled SATA Native mode in your BIOS? You need to do that if your XP disc is an original disc that has not been slipstreamed.
