I am very interested in buying a HP Compaq nx9420 notebook with BrightView 1680x1050 WSXGA Screen. Any of you can give me some details regarding the sreen (I can't find info anywhere). I am interested to know:
    1. Average response time BWB
    2. View angles ( I heard HP has some problems in this department)
    3. Brightness

If there is somebody who owns such a notebook or knows the answers please post them here.

    Thank you.

I own a HP Compaq nx9420 notebook with BrightView 1680x1050 WSXGA Screen.

    1. Haven´t looked into this.
    2. View angel by HP, 170 deg. By me, app. 140-160. well its good.
    3. In The ATI Catalyst Center you can create profiles. But in general/Default its good, the BrightView Screen has one disadvantage that is reflection. Its only an issue when the screen display darker colors in rooms that have bright light.

Thank you for the replies. Do you know the response time BWB? I am not a gamer, but I play Quake and Unreal Tournament from time to time and I am interested to know if there is any ghosting on the screen.
