    Hey guys,

Does anyone know how to save the settings in HP Coolsense? I would like to keep them at "Coolest Mode", but it seems like everytime I restart my laptop it reverts back to "Performance Optimized Mode." Thanks in advance.

What a highly rude response. I am also experiencing the same problem. Each time I restart the computer, it reverts back to performance optimized mode. Hopefully this little bump will help us uncover an answer to this issue.

For me it seems to revert back to "Performance Optimized" after some restarts but not all of the time. Seems random, or at least I haven't been able to find the reason it does it only sometimes.

Upon further investigation, my issue is identical to abaddon4180's. It doesn't revert after every restart, and it seems random when it does.

Do you have the battery removed? I notice that my coolsense also reset after I changed out the RAM, and during that time I had to remove the battery for a few mins.

    Mine does the same thing.
I apply the coolest option and get the confirmation screen, but when I reopen the program Coolest is selected but the graphic says Performance.
