    HP Coupon NB4513

    I tried to use the NB4513 coupon ($500 off) for a $1,497.56 HP Pavilion DV6700t notebook but it says "The coupon entered does not apply to the items in your shopping cart. Please review the coupon for products included in this offer."

    What gives, that model is on the list of laptops that the coupon is good for, right from this website.

    two possibilities off teh top of my head:
    1. the deal is dead. it expires after a pre-set number of uses, so maybe that many people have already bought one.
    2. you trying to compound it with some other offer. for example, the APP savings will override teh $500 off if you are trying to get both, which means you should log off your APP account and reconfigure it.

    if neither are the case, then i'm not sure...

    Do you have to have an HP account to use the coupon? Can you use the coupon without buying so you'll see how much you'll actually pay?

    i just ordered a new 2700t se and it worked. came out to $1067 with pretty much maxed out specs + taxes + 2 day shipping. that was 15 min ago.

    yes, you do need an hp account to apply the coupon. You apply the coupon in the checkout process towards the end. As to why it didn't work, make sure that your configuration of the laptop itself (meaning no warranty, no etc) just the laptop... is over 1400 dollars.

    The dv5 and dv7 series just got released.. there is no way in hell they will be giving discounts on those anytime soon
