    HP Coupon Questions

    I understand HP often puts out coupon codes (varying from $200-$500) at times. I have a couple questions:

    1) How do they release/distribute those codes?

    2) What is the best way to get the coupon code the fastest (so that it can be used before the maximum usage quota is met)?

    I am looking for a good laptop (currently look at dv6se w/ touchscreen but would prefer getting a dv7se w/ touchscreen if it becomes available) and have been doing lots of research. I have visited many coupon sites and even registered for alerts from techbargins, but I still see coupon codes mentioned around here that I hadn't seen before -- hence my questions. :)
