I have a coupon for HP available, and I will give it to the first person to request it. I had ordered a ZD8000 laptop a month ago, but after three delays I decided HP's poor service could only be repaid by my not being a customer, therefore I will not be using this coupon. I'm going to be getting a Fujitsu N6010 instead. Its the one that they sent upon the second delay, so hopefully it hasn't been deactivated upon the cancellation of my order, but either way I'm giving it freely to the first responder.

Please email me and give me all of the details of the coupon. I was planning to buy an HP laptop soon and hopefully this coupon will come in handy.

OK, sent it. Hopefully you have better luck with HP then I did. It seems they like to "oversell" on certain options and then keep people on hold. After being without a laptop for over 2 months with my Sager laptop, I've decided that customer service is ranked high up on the list when shopping for Laptops. If they would have handled delays better, I might have stuck with them, like rather than just emailing me 2 days after a delay saying "Sorry, we were delayed....here's a coupon" they could have called to discuss alternatives that were in stock as soon as they knew there was going to be a delay.
