    HP Coupon use question

    I'm attempting to purchase a CTO HP ZV5000z that has a listed $50 rebate, with the recent $100 coupon NB6663 (expires 12/14) through the Fat Wallet link and the APP program. I have never made a purchase before.

    I have done some upgrades to what was listed in the coupon description such as going for the 64 3700, 440 video, bluetooth option and also did not get the mentioned printer. When checking out i'm told that the item in my cart is not on the coupon code. Do I have to get the exact configuration? Or is it just that I didn't get the printer? Or just a glitch and it should work either way?

    Sorry if this is the wrong place for this, but figured a good place to start.

    I have also made more attemps and no configuration is working, I'm still waiting for word from HP. Anyone used this successfully? I'd love to hear! I REALLY, REALLY want this one...[ :p]
