    not an earth-shattering discount but a discount nonetheless. applies to HDX and pavillion models.

    at checkout, enter the coupon code SVMC25871 and you will get 5% off of your total. the email i got said it's only applicable for the first 300 customers.

    fwiw. and by the way, i threw a custom laptop into my cart, and applied this coupon - it works. it brought a $1,299 DV8T down to $1,234.99.

    yeah i agree. I just posted it because I got it via email... I would not buy another laptop until I recieve at least a 30% off coupon like I did with my dv7t :D
