The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    After going through the HP forum, I thought that it would be a great idea to create a thread that admins may want to sticky that allows for people to post their story with HP Customer Service. This can be anything from the sales/buying process to the repair process. For those that wish to post in this thread, please follow the following guidelines:

    1) This thread is for posting your story and opinions only. Please do not comment on another persons experience. The point is to have a single thread for everyone to share their experience and for those that are looking into an HP product to have a single place to read and do research to help simplify and lessen the number of questions about how good HP's Customer Service is.

    2) If you have an issue and want some help, post it in a seperate thread asking for help.

    3) I encourage those who have had both GOOD and BAD experiences to post in this thread to help provide the most well rounded overview possible.

    I don't mean to overstep my place, but I felt this would be a good idea to help minimize the numerous repetitive questions in the HP forum.
