    HP Customs Delay

    Hi all,
    I am new to this forum and this is my first post!

    I recently ordered a custom built HP Pavilion dv6t 7000 quad edition. It shipped last friday and made it all the way to Memphis TN on 6/25. But then it hit a snag. I was notified that there was a clearance delay because HP did nit send the appropriate paper work with the laptops (apparently, there is a whole shipment that are being held until the paper work is turned in).

    My question was has this happened to anyone else and on average, how long does it typically take HP to get the paperwork to customs.

    Also, anyone who thinks there computers are involved, feel free to chip in. All the help is appreciated.

    You should call them and act pissed. Chances are they will get you a pretty nice discount $_$
