My HP DM1 intel I3 GPU only clocks up to 800mhz according to HWinfo when playing games or running 3dmark. It is supposed to go up to 1000mhz. I have all of the power saving settings disabled and even disabled coolsense. It is not overheating. What is the problem? Are all of the HP Dm1 with the i3 limited like this?
