    maybe the dollar store? j/k

    It's hard to purchase an electronic product that was intended for another region of the world. Support and parts replacement will be difficult.

    I would first start on ebay and work into google.

    You can order the part from HP, but be prepared to pay through the roof.

    Find the manufacturer's part # on the back of the panel and look it up on eBay. Or... which LCD seller were people using to upgrade their screens here a while back? Other 13.3" screens might work, HP generally uses multiple vendors (LG Phillips seems to make the best panels these days), but it's a risk.

    I'm assuming you just have a smashed screen or some such thing and that everything else is OK.
