    HP DV-7 Screen Issue

    We have an HP laptop that boots up jut fine goes to the main screen page and the main/home screen works and looks fine ...soon I go on the internet the screen has lines all over the place and you cant see anything on the page. If it was a bad screen I would think the home page would be all lines as well..anybody have any idea what the problem is and how we might be able to fix it? TY in advance.....
