About 4 hours of use with the DV3 monitor, my eyes start to fatigue and I get kind of a blurry vision for a while until I stop using the computer for more than 2-3 hours. Does anyone else get this problem with using 13inches or less? Would it be a good idea to buy a big monitor? Or do you think this is a problem with my eyes?

It could be your eyes. Get checked for convergence insufficiency. Anyone with your symptoms or is simply having trouble reading should be screened for it.

I wonder if you're reacting differently to the LED backlight? I'd have thought it'd help, not hurt, but...? HP's overly reflective screens could be a problem too. I'm seriously thinking about switching to their business line in order to get a matte screen.
