HP Pavilion DV4-3110TX running Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I've had issues with this computer from the start, To be honest. But now the situation is unbearable.

I can't even go 30 mins doing any mildly intensive tasks involving the Graphics card
(Like Gaming in lowest detail, Doing some Rendering/CS/CAD work) without Thermal Shutdown due to an overheating issue resulting from a poorly placed fan. and The fan on this thing is Very Very loud, even in low operation (another downside to this model, but that's not the point).

Speedfan shows Average CPU temp at 90c and GPU Temp around 65c. Even when doing absolutely nothing at all (like right now). What does it actually do to accumulate all those heat? solve world huger?

I tried Cleaning the vents, used compressed Air, used a pricey Cooler Fan, Reinstalled Windows and other HP Drivers and Application multiple times now. and I'm exhausted.

    So.. Help? Anybody?

What thermal paste are you using? I have had similar issues with other HP's and I applied Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste to BOTH the CPU and GPU and it worked perfectly! :D I hope this helped
