    Greetings,

This is my first post and I'm in need of some help from you guys. I've searched the forums but haven't seen this same problem listed previously.

I have just bought an HP DV5100 which I want to connect to a PC I built (3.2ghz P4`dual 1gb board & memory`sapphire radeon 9800xt graphics) which in turn is connected to broadband using a draytek vigor2500 router/modem.

I've also purchased a d-link 2XR wireless 108G MIMO notebook adapter and 2XR 108G MIMO router (couldn't find a 108 2XR access point) for the laptop as I figured this'd last me for a good while.

Here's the problem : I've installed the card in the laptop, configured the router through the draytek and everything seems to be ok except for the fact that I lose all drivers for the card in the laptop when I switch it off.

Is this because there's a 54 wireless (onboard?) already in the laptop?

Short of writing a batch file to load the drivers each time the laptop starts - how can I get around this problem?

Any help would be appreciated as I've the 108 hardware just sitting gathering dust at the moment.

    Cheers,
    Zoon.
