Okay guys right now I am trying to fix the issue of this laptop.hp pavilion dv5000 and you use to not be able to see the screen at all no bios just completely blank. OKay imo i thought it was the backlight or the inverter, one trick i new is put the lcd screen all the way on its back and you see the dimmest HP screen when turned on and usually its the backlight so i changed the backlight. And the problem still continues but you actually see the hp screen normally but really really dim. Now what do you guys think the problem is?

As you say, it's usually backlight or inverter. You have changed the backlight but it didnt help... so, replace the inverter :)
