    Hi,
I was hoping that someone would be able to help me with the removal of the whitelist for my DV6-6145tx Notebook.

Does it matter that I not on the latest Bios which is F.1B?

    Laptop: HP Pavilion dv6-6145tx
    Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
    BIOS: F.1A
Current Card: Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1030
Replacement Card: Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6230
Bios Driver Link (F.1A): HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors) HP Pavilion dv6-6145tx Entertainment Notebook PC - HP Customer Care (Australia - English)
Bios Driver Link (F.1B): HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors) HP Pavilion dv6-6145tx Entertainment Notebook PC - HP Customer Care (Australia - English)
    Bios: Decrypted

My laptop will semi-brick if I go into my Bios but will it work normally if I dont need to enter the BIOS?
I have not got the HP_TOOLS folder anyway as I have formatted and only have the 1 partition now so that should be ok.
I really appreciate the hard work that people on here put in and will test it as soon as my Wifi card arrives (I may grab it over the weekend)
    Thanks
    Matt
