Hello everyone. My laptop dv6-6167la don't turn completely off. When finish turn windows off, it remains as suspended, with LEDs and fan still on. Even if I press for several seconds the power button does the same, does not turn off totally. Only if I unplug AC cord and remove the battery is completely off. Even without the hard drive, booting from usb stick any portable system it does the same, does not turn off. After several days looking for a solution, I found a modified version of my BIOS (F.1b) where options Energy and Advanced Settings are unlocked, so now I can access settings that before could not. Do you believe that some of these options may influence the solution of the problem? What option might be? Thanks in advance.
