I've soft bricked my dv6-6190us and I can't figure out how to recover from it. I don't have the HP_Tools partition on my hard drive anymore. I made a usb bios recovery stick using the hp tool, but I can't get that to work either :( Help!! Please!!!!

Yea, make sure pop it out, wait at least 15sec. Holding the power on button helps .
