    Hi Gang,

I have a new HP DV6200 CTO notebook with Vista installed, I have backed up my SWSetup folder to a DVD and will be doing a fresh install of Windows Vista installing only what I want (no HP Wireless, no HP Advisor, etc). Does anyone know where I can find out what directory in SWSetup does what? For instance, I know the WLAN folder is for the Wireless Lan Drivers. Is there a complete list on this site for all those directories for Vista SWSetup?

    Thanks!
    JP

No, but if you click on the folders, it's pretty much self-explanatory. If you think it's bloatware, it probably is.

Actually, good point Lithus...well then I only have two questions...how do I install Quickplay and Lightscribe? I can't find those.... I see QPW and QPB but that doesn't apppear to be it. If they both are quickplay related..which gets installed first?

One's the software, the other controls the buttons. You need both if you want to use quickplay.
