    HP DV6T sound stopped working

    My sound stopped working and I really don't know why. I tried restarting, updated the drivers, but nothing has really helped. The speakers and headphones are both not working. Any help please?

    I'm not using it. It's my sound card that is broken. It's not working under Windows 7 and Linux. I just bought an external sound card.
