    HP DV6tqe - Sound stopped working

    I just got a new HP DV6tqe a few days ago and had a blue screen pop up on me earlier. After I rebooted, I noticed the sound wasn't working. I check via headphones also and nothing. Anyone know where I should start first in trying to get it to work again?

    I figured it out. I just took the battery out, unplugged the power, and turned the laptop off, then held down the power button for 30 seconds.
