How do I unlock all settings in bios? There are only boot order selection in bios. The bios is dummed so should I flash a new one or do something else? Is there some phoenix bios on my computer?

Unless you pay a programmer some serious cash there is no way to unlock it. Yes they are (purposely) dumbed down, and there's little you can do about it.

Okay. So is there some way I could set core clocks stable? I mean multiplier to stay 11x and fbs 200=2200mhz which is original clocks but I want turn that cool and quiet power saving setting off.

Why would you want to disable processor throttling? The CPU will speed up if/when more processing power is needed.

There are ways to set the processor to always stay on within Windows. Set your power profile to Always ON or Performance. Again, this will not speed up your applications but it will drain more power from the battery and/or your electric bill.

Just because throttling freezes my system and cauces problems. Clocks chances all the time and that will slow down my system.

Grab a copy of phoenix bios editor from the pirate bay and open up the rom file from your bios that you can download on the hp support page

That's as far as I've gotten, now I need to figure out how to use this thing to unlock the hidden features. If anyone knows, please give us a heads up.
