    Hi all,

I was hoping someone might be able to help me out with a slight issue.

I have just bought a 2nd hand laptop on ebay with it being described as 8 out of 10 in regards to cosmetic condition but they fail to describe the scratches on the screen.

They are willing to refund a small amount and im looking to get the problem fixed.

The scratches are not deep and are from the keyboard keys and touchpad rubbing while the lid is closed. Im not 100% certain but i believe the scratches are not on the actual lcd display but on a panel that sits in front of it.

Does anyone have any experience of sorting scratches out on these things? Or possibly know if i can get a replacement for the cover over the screen?

    Appreciate any help on this.

    Many thanks
