Hi guys, I am now getting this error on my laptop, can anyone advise?

What can I do to solve the problem or what can I do to try and solve the problem?

What may have caused the problem?

    I am deeply disturbed.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I've had this problem before. You need to disconnect the battery and the AC Adapter. After wards, you need to hold down the power button on the notebook for 30 seconds. Release the power button and reconnect the battery and AC Adapter. You should be good as gold!

I had that same issue as well, but it went away eventually. I honestly forgot what the final remedy was. If I recall it, then I will gladly post it.

Just for the heck of it, have HP replace the battery if you're still in warranty.

Well I just spoke to HP and my warranty is up on the 28th of this month.
What sucks is that I am not even in the US so I am going to have to go through the hassle of shipping this battery to the US and waiting for my aunt to ship the replacement battery to me.

Im honestly wondering if I would not be better off buying a battery on ebay.

I swear most of these laptops start giving the most trouble right after the warranty is up or just a little before its about to be up.

Thanks again Infamous22 for your replies and if you remember another solution please dont hesitate to post.

TRY TO GET AND EXTENDED WARRANTY! YOU'LL REGRET NOT DOING SO!

A bigger problem might occur. Shipping the notebook to your aunt is cheaper than a new laptop.

The agent said I only had to ship the old battery within 15 days of getting the new. So I wont be shipping the entire laptop, I think after all this is done I am going to put the laptop up for sale.
