Hi, i just got a Hp dv9628nr laptop with the amd processor and i did not want to use vista because s vista because some of the programs i will be using werent fully compatible with vista, i already reformatted the drive and installed XP but im having trouble finding the correct the driver, HP driver website did not list a audio drive for XP.

Ive tried a few audio drivers from other hp laptops with no luck, i looked around trying to find the sound card and i think its a sound blaster pro but im not entirely sure cause only one website seemed to mention it, please help me find the correct audio driver, and any other drivers that i would need to have everything working.

try type just dv9000 into the hp search to find the drivers, this should show all the drivers for this series of notebook.
