I purchased a HP Dv8t Quad with the "Blu-ray +/-R/RW with SuperMulti DVD+/-R/RW with Double Layer Support" option in February of 2010. I need to know if this will burn blu-ray disks and what density will it burn. (25 gb single layer or the 50 gb double layer) Also if anyone knows what brand of media works best. There is a post on the HP forum that says this drive "won't" burn blu-rays. The specs and HP says it will - just need to know if anybody else has tried this.
