I got mine a couple of days ago. Attached some bench screenshots.

    Specs (3EN03AV_1):
    Natural silver
    13.3" diagonal FHD IPS BrightView WLED-backlit multitouch-enabled edge-to-edge glass (1920 x 1080)
    No DVD or CD Drive
    256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD
Full-size island-style backlit keyboard (natural silver)
    Security Software Trial
    802.11b/g/n/ac (2x2) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 combo(MU-MIMO supported)
    Office Software Trial
    Windows 10 Home 64
HP Wide Vision FHD IR Camera with Dual array digital microphone (Natural Silver)(Touchscreen)
    4-cell, 53.2 Wh Lithium-ion prismatic Battery
    Intel® Core™ i7-8550U (1.8 GHz, up to 4 GHz, 8 MB cache, 4 cores)+NVIDIA® GeForce® MX150 (2 GB)+16GB DDR4-2400(onboard)
    HP ENVY - 13t Laptop

FYI I got mine with DDR3 instead of DDR4 (mistake from factory) even tough there's no option on their site to order it with DDR3! I gave them a call complaining, only solution was to send it back, place a new order and wait 2/3 more weeks until I got the new one. Since I am leaving the states in 4 days, I am keeping this one for the time being, I'll send it back once I get back to the states. Honestly you cant even notice the difference between DDR3 and DDR4 so I might leave as is and avoid going thru the hassle of exchange it.

Some answers without having so much time on it yet....

    1. 4K version. Controlling LED brightness using PWM (YES/NO?) (0-100%)
I got the 1080 version IMO unless you need it for heavy 4K editing/coding, not worth the upgrade for 4K on any laptop. Touchscreen is nice and very responsive.

    2. Fan Noise
Zero. Really hard to notice it even on high temps (above 65)

    3. Thermal throttling
    I couldn't hit it yet

    4. Dots on the screen
    None noticeable

    5. SSD and RAM Upgrade (YES/NO?)
SSD can be upgraded. RAM is soldered (you cant change it)

    6. SSD M.2 (PCIe, SATA or both?)
    PCIe only

    7. MX150 is 1D10 or 1D12 version?
    1D12 Version

    8. Charging via USB-C (YES/NO?)
    No

    9. Results (screenshot) from Cinebench R15
    Attached above

    10. Your review and opinion
Give me a couple of more days playing with it... So far, pretty sturdy and really fast laptop. I am amazed that I got mine with ZERO blotware, nothing, zip. Except for the new Alexa app installed which is kinda cool to use. (HP started to add it to all their new systems May 2018)

They made a mistake with the memory DDR3 and the test result was not impressed

additional: very irrational decision in the new Envy 13 2018 version of the laptop-made ventilation holes right next to the screen and hot air heats the screen-how long will it last?
