    HP ENVY 14 Customized Status / Order Issues

    MY HP Envy 14 was expected to be shipped on July 8,2011 and tracking number will be provided upon shipment; however, today is July 10,2011 and it still says tracking number will be provided upon shipment and expected to be shipped on July 8, 2011. Normally, from my previous other orders, a tracking number will be provided and an estimated delivery date. I already asked a live chat member ( around four of them) and even called them once and they all gave me a general, common, useless answer of that any updates will be sent via email. Has anyone experienced this issue before? I am just very anxious to receive my laptop, since this is the first time I have ordered something this expensive ($1000) online, which normally I would purchase in person from Bestbuy. So far this has been a stressful experience. Been waiting since June 27,2011, which is the date I ordered it.

    I think mine took 3 weeks to ship out, then 3 or 4 more days to get to me. Just need patience.

    I'm having the same issue. I got an notification of ship delay email stating my new build date would be July 19 (originally July 7). The reason for delay multiple HP reps have given me is that there are product constraints. I guess that means HP is low on certain parts like hard drives or processors.

    Mine got delayed twice then when I sent it in for repair they made me a new one and I had to wait another month. Just how it works with HP.

    Dam this sucks, it sucks that I am aware of delays AFTER I purchased my Envy. I guess this is all part of the online buying experience.

    Today is july 11, 2011 and still says order is in production estimated to ship on july 8 and tracking number will be provided upon shipment. stilll no tracking number.
