I did undervolt both core (-85.9 mV) and cache (-65.4 mV)
PowerMax set to 45 W, Short PM 58 W (even CPU can handle higher power - don't set these values higher else it cause thermal throttling)
    Current limit set to 65A (effective consumption is I * V = 65A * 1V = 65 W)
Even so I have overheat problems during long synthetic tests ... but never overheat in real world scenarios ...

there is a problem in this laptop's touch pad .. it's glitchy! it detects pressure even though i am not touching it. made a search and found too many people face this problem

i found 2 ways to fix

1- hit the left side of laptop "where the (ENVY) is typed", it will be temporary fixed so I need to do that every time the touch pad misbehave
2- just open the reflash app in synaptics driver folder, it will be temporary fixed and you will need to open the app every time the touch pad detects pressure

Some people said the touch pad screws just need to be loosen, and actually i believe them because hitting the left side fixes it for a limited time, and the problem occurs when i press too hard on the touch pad

that's a stupid problem from HP for a laptop with this price. not sure if it's software or hardware problem

got a wrong model with very very unchangeable 720p display and now the the touch pad problem. it's really great laptop except these weird stuff plus the not working msata which makes me REALLY ANGRY
