    HP ENVY 15t-j100 RAID Intel RST UI

    Hi guys, I hope someone can help with HP's awful BIOS. I'm getting the Intel Rapid Storage Technology UI when I boot the computer. I'm not interested in setting a RAID disk now so I would like that UI to not show up. I read in some places that you can find a RAID OROM UI option on the BIOS but there is no RAID option whatsoever on mine. Is there a different BIOS option? (I'm hitting f10 on my laptop) or what is the deal with this?

    FYI this UI was not showing up before, but when I sent my PC in for repair (screen) it came back showing it. Now I have wasted countless hours with HP support and they have gotten me nowhere...

    I have an HP ENVY 15t-j100 running Win8

    I was looking into this and found out that InsydeH20 hides some of the option (for whatever reason), and modding the BIOS seem like too much work. So I still don't know how to access that option.

    But, I was able to solve my particular problem. It turns out that in the repair center they enabled Legacy support and this was showing the IRST UI at boot up. So I just disable this option and done :) If you are looking to setup RAID in one of these machines then you would like to enable it then for those of you who want that.
