I was sent a link to join the HP EPP ("for immediate family"), and when I try to join, it tells me that my e-mail address is already in use... which is true: I already have signed up for Academic Purchase Program. However, once I sign in with the e-mail, there's no way at all to add EPP to the thing. Is there any way to add EPP to the account without using a different e-mail address?

Edit: correction: it's "HP Friends and Family" -- some sort of offshoot of EPP.

In my experience with HP and a few other major vendors, there usually isn't a way to "combine" these kinds of accounts. The simplest solution is to create a new email address and set that account to forward all messages to your main email address. If you use an email client (Outlook, Windows Mail, etc.) you can accomplish the same thing by having it download all incoming mail for both addresses.

Once you set it up, everything comes to your main account with no further hassles.
